To help you review the website, we have created the following checklist:
1. Content
- Is the text on every page correct?
- Do you see any misspelling or misalignments?
- Is the imagery correct?
2. Usability
- Do all of the navigation buttons take you to the right page?
- Is the text legible and easy to read?
3. Special Features
- If you have Content Management, have you tried all of the functions?
- Were you able to update your content with ease?
4. Online Forms
- Contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, search pages, member login, reset password, etc.
5. email links
- Verify that they are functioning properly, as well as, any e-mails these forms generate are being delivered to the correct e-mail addresses.
6. If this is an e-commerce website
- Verify all product prices, taxes, shipping costs, and total charges.
7. If I am using Authorize.Net or another payment gateway
- I have verified that all changes are going through and appearing in my panel.
You may now submit your revisions.
- Submitted in a single document (not in the body of an email) with suggestions for each section
- Revisions are any errors in regards to the website
- Design or functionality changes will be an additional charge
