Website Sign Off Sheet - Web Launch Approval
By authorizing Atomic Design to launch and make your website "Live", you agree to the following:
1) Approval: The website is approved and meets all requirements. Atomic Design has delivered a fully functioning, finished product.
2) Testing: I have been given sufficient time to test the website. I understand, that 30 days after the date of my site being posted for testing, any time spend to fix "bugs" may be billed at Atomic Design's normal rates.
3) Billable Hours: I understand that all future changes or corrections in design or content are now billable at Atomic Design's standard rates.
4) Browser Compatibility: Atomic Design has built my website for compatibility with the most up-to-date versions of Internet Explorer 7.0+, Mozilla Firefox 4.0+, Safari 4.0+ and Chrome web browsers, available at the time of design and programming. I also understand that older browsers and future browsers may not display my website or provide bug-free functionality due to the unpredictable nature of browser design.
5) Future Issues: Over time, certain aspects of websites may have issues. Browser compatibility may diminish, unknown customer input, and various random variables may cause slow degeneration of my website. I understand that Atomic Design is not responsible for these types of issues, but can help to control and prevent them with standard maintenance of the website.
6) Maintenance: Atomic Design offers maintenance plans on a per-month basis, and that if I choose to decline an agreement, future amendments will be scheduled in accordance with standard procedures. In order to expedite requests, normal rush charges will apply. A quote will be provided.
7) Error Notification: Unless stated in a maintenance agreement, I understand that it is my responsibility to notify Atomic Design in the event of any website issues. Any support evidence will be clearly documented and submitted in writing.
If there are any issues that you may have regarding the site, we will be glad to discuss the solutions. Our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with your new website. Once we receive final payment and signed "Website Launch Approval" document, we will launch your new site.
