Internet Marketing and SEO
SEO is an acronym for Search Engine Optimization. Search Engine Optimization is the process that marketers take to help their website appear higher in the results on search engines, like Google, Bing and Yahoo. There are on-site and off-site methods that can influence your rank in the search engines. Some of these methods include: link building, link baiting, on page copy optimization, keyword selection, keyword selection, forum creation, blog creation, direction submission, social media management along with many other methods

Absolutely not. We can help people in many different ways. If you already have a site that is in great shape but still want more people to find out about it, we can help. We may recommend changes to your current site, but a rebuild isn't always necessary.
Organic results are the websites that search engines display after a search term (keywords) is entered based on the relevance, content, and popularity of a webpage or website. SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is a group of methods that can influence the search engines ranking of a site. Organic results are displayed on lower left hand side of the most search engines result pages. You can not pay a search engine to improve your organic results. Paid Advertising is highlighted and displayed as sponsored results on the top and right hand side of most search engines. Most search engines use a method where you bid on the amount you would pay for a click (or visit) to your website. The bid, along with the relevancy of the page that the ad is linked to, determine where your ad will appear.
Atomic Design begins with a conversation with the client. It is important to learn about the company and the website that will be optimized. Once we develop an initial list with industry specific keywords, we use some public and paid tools to determine the keywords that have the highest likelihood for success.
Atomic Design sends monthly reporting that includes traffic results along with ranking results. A meeting is scheduled to discuss the progress of the campaign and share the plan moving forward.
Some SEO firms surprise their clients by performing SEO in the form of sending to them long lists of changes that the client needs to make to their website to become more search engine friendly. This is not the way that Atomic Design operates. We perform the work ourselves, or we can work directly with your webmaster or web designer if you prefer.
Atomic Design has experience managing small Pay Per Click Campaigns, Display Advertising Campaigns, Facebook and Linked In Advertising Campaigns.
Atomic Design has designed and emailed millions of emails through our email marketing programs. We are very flexible when it comes to email marketing. Atomic Design can be as involved as you would like. If you just need a method to send email blasts on your own, we can help. If you would like us to design and send emails, we can do that as well. In fact, we can even integrate the email program into your current website.
Website Design and Development
First, use our quote request form to send us a summary of your project. We will then have a member of our team contact you. Once we have all of the details, we will provide you will a quote for the total cost of your site.
If you select Atomic Design to go further, we will make payment arrangements and schedule a . These meetings can happen by phone or in person if you are near one of our offices.
Once you become a client of Atomic, we will have a Kick Off Meeting to discuss the specifics of you project. You will be asked to bring any information that will help our designers, marketers and programmers learn about your company and your goals. Any logos, marketing material, ads, business cards or anything else that represents what your business is or what you want it to be should be brought to this meeting. Additionally, if there are other sites that you like, you should supply the urls, along with what you like about the site.
Most formats are acceptable, but Microsoft Word compatible documents work best. As for images, we prefer high quality jpgs, pngs, tifs, eps, or gifs.
At Atomic Design, we believe that a unified online and offline message is essential for success. As long as you are happy with your current logo and other marketing materials, we will do our best to work with them.
The length of time it takes to design and launch a website has 2 major factors. The first is the complexity of the site. It takes much less time to design and program a small 5 page informational site than it does to create an e-commerce site with 20,000 products. Another major factor that can slow development is the client. It is important that we receive the content – text (copy) and images. If you have a deadline in mind we will work with you to develop the milestones that will be necessary to deliver your project on time.
Most sites that we create today are built on a Content Management System. This system provides a great starting point for creating a long lasting site. Our Enterprise class CMS starts with an easy to edit user interface that makes it simple to make changes as well as many modules that add to it's functionality as the needs of your web site increase.
Atomic Design offers at least 2 options. We can host your site or we can deliver your complete site to you and you can have it hosted by your chosen vendor.

We would be glad to work with your current host and/or registrar to get your site moved to our servers. If you don't have a domain name, we can also help you get one.
All sites that we create become the property of the client. Even if we host the site, it is yours and you may request a copy of it that can be hosted anywhere.
All websites with a CMS enable you or any of your team members to make changes. Our CMS saves past versions of all text blocks so that you may see who made the changes or revert to prior versions. Set permissions and specific access to whomever you would like. If you are busy and would like to hire Atomic Design to make your changes and handle your maintenance, we would be happy to do so.
Our most satisfied clients have chosen a hosting and maintenance program for their websites. This would include the initial launch of the site and regular updates to the site. Our maintenance programs are custom based on the needs of the site. For basic copy changes, most people familiar with computers can make the changes. If you need to add functionality or create new graphics, you can work with Atomic Design or any other qualified Website Designer
and Developer.
As long as your site is up and running, you can change the content with a CMS based website from Atomic Design.
Our editing tool allows you to make changes in an easy-to-use program that is very similar to most word
processing programs.
When your site is ready to go live, you will have a training session to show you how to use it. Feel free to have as many team members as you need participate in training. Future training is always available.
Websites that are hosted by Atomic Design have email accounts included as part of the hosting. We will work with to determine what email package will work best for you.
Atomic Design installs Google Analytics on every website that we launch. This is an insightful system that measures traffic, along with activity while people are visiting your site. We have experts that can show you how to use and customize Google Analytics.
Graphic Design
Atomic Design uses the latest in Adobe products. Our team members are well versed in all applicable software. Our creative director has been using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop since the original version, and has even taught classes and performed training for agencies. You are only as good as your tools.
We are able to accommodate any and all graphic design needs. Since 1996 we have designed everything from NASCAR graphics, a Centennial Olympic Pin catalog, Houston Space Center Children's Museum Graphics, Fantasy Football Magazines, food and product packaging, Logos, and In-store displays, to interactive graphics.
