Atomic Design only follows best practices. We are followers of Google Webmaster Central and attend industry conferences regularly. If we have questions we ask Google and industry leading experts directly.

How long have you been in business and how long have you been providing Internet marketing services?
We have been in business since 1996, creating websites since 1997, and performing online marketing since 1999, before it even had a name. We noticed sites were showing up when we performed searches and figured out how to get our clients to rank. We were around during the early days of Search Engine Optimization and continue to provide proven results over a decade later.

What is your process or philosophy?
Our philosophy is one of following best practices and implementing a sound foundation. We do not implement gimmicks, or the latest trends and we do not recommend services that we do not feel will be a measurable success for you. quantifiable results in?
Every industry is different and there is no one answer. Once an initial SEO analysis has been performed we will be able to provide you a customized solution and answer. Variables include how competitive your market is, what you are selling, how far a reach you need (individual city or global), your current status, and other important factors. Every campaign we perform shows results in 90 days.

Our Online Marketing services include comprehensive reporting and consulting on a weekly or monthly basis. Unfortunately our actual methodology is only available to those using our services.

Are you truly an online marketing company, an ad agency, or design studio performing these services as a value ad on?
Atomic Design is truly an online marketing and SEO company. We have seen many companies come to us who have hired SEO services from an IT, Graphic Design, Advertising agency, or traditional marketing company, and received no ROI and seen no real improvements in anything of value. You wouldn't go to a window tinting shop to fix your brakes so why would you hire an ad agency to manage your Search Engine Optimization?

What is your communication process and how will I know what exactly you are doing, and do you provide explanations for your recommendations?
Atomic Design does not have project managers. You communicate directly with the SEO expert implementing your campaign. Communication is as often and as informative as you require. Many clients have more meetings during the beginning of a campaign and reduce the amount once success is seen and trust established. Phone, emails, and in-person communications are all encouraged, whether they are weekly or monthly. We believe in full disclosure; action plans and previous month reporting are provided monthly. There is always a method to our madness, and explanations will be provided for all recommendations.
